The New York Jets and the New England Patriots meet for the second and final time this season, concluding their division series over the course of the first seven weeks. Round one went the way of New England in an ugly game in which rainy conditions stole the headlines. The Jets get the Patriots at home for this one, with kickoff schedule for 1pm ET on Sunday in Week 7 with CBS airing the coverage.

New England won the game of the week on Sunday against the New Orleans Saints. The Patriots came back from four points down with less than a minute remaining in the game to get the win at home and hand the Saints their first loss of the season.
It was simply a fantastic drive at the end of the game orchestrated by Tom Brady and his band of misfits on offense. They were still without tight end Rob Gronkowski, yet Brady was able to pick apart the New Orleans secondary on the last drive to score the game-winning touchdown. The victory has to build positive momentum heading on the road to take on the Jets.
Of course momentum doesn’t guarantee wins; just ask New York. After a huge win on the road over Atlanta last Monday night, the Jets laid an egg against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 6, dropping 19-6. Quarterback Geno Smith threw two interceptions, in a game that there were six total field goals scored, with Pittsburgh getting the lone touchdown.
New York will need to regroup this week. They played the Patriots tough in Week 2, and nearly came away with the big upset, losing 13-10. If the Jets are to win this one, it will probably come in a similar fashion; low scoring, defensive stands, and New York will have to win the turnover margin.
